Through the Analyst Trainee Program, participants will cultivate critical analytical and problem-solving capabilities, preparing them to make substantive contributions to the field of management consulting. Trainees will work alongside experienced consultants on real-world engagements, gaining exposure to a broad range of consulting and advisory services. Outstanding candidates may be offered long-term roles within the firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Analyst Trainee, you will develop and enhance a comprehensive skill set critical to success in consulting. From day one, you will actively engage in applying and refining your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, problem-solving, business management, and leadership skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting data collection and management using relevant tools to inform project insights.
- Collaborating with team members to conduct in-depth research and analysis across various industries, markets, and competitive contexts.
- Developing strategic insights to assist clients in addressing complex challenges and making informed decisions.
- Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables, including presentations and reports that translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Participating in client meetings and contributing meaningfully to discussions.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance consulting competencies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline (exit exam results are not required).
- Recent graduate or up to one year of professional experience.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a drive to innovate and contribute to large-scale transformation.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in both Amharic and English.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset.
- Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and a high degree of coachability.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

COMMITMENT:
Candidates should be prepared to commit to a minimum of two years with Growth Capital Analytics upon receiving a permanent offer.
