Administration and Finance Officer


As an Administration and Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in our company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with the Ethiopian tax system, and contributing to effective procurement and administration procedures. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong knowledge of finance, and a deep understanding of administrative processes.


• Assist in the preparation and implementation of budgets and financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with national taxation laws and corporate financial regulations.

• Manage day-to-day administration tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.

• Coordinate procurement procedures, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and compliance.

• Support the Managing Director with any additional assignments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• Liaise with clients and external agencies as needed, ensuring excellent customer service and professional representation of the company.

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.


Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field. Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.

A minimum of 3 years experience in financial management and administration.

In-depth knowledge of the Ethiopian tax system.

Proven experience in procurement processes and negotiation.

Fluent in Amharic and English.
